Data Request

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have rights over your personal data. This page explains each right and how to exercise it. All requests are free of charge and we respond within 30 days (60 days for complex requests).

How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@studioloop.com with:

  • The subject line from the relevant section below
  • Your name and the email address associated with your Studioloop account
  • A brief description of your request
  • Proof of identity may be requested to protect against fraudulent requests

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. For requests that are particularly complex or numerous, we may extend by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you within the initial 30-day period.

Access (Right to Know)

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You can also delete your account directly in the mobile app via Profile → Delete Account.

Correction (Rectification)

Request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.

Portability

Request your personal data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) for transfer to another service.

Restriction

Request that we limit how we use your personal data while a dispute or complaint is being resolved.

Objection

Object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing, analytics, or where we rely on legitimate interests.

Timelines and Charges

  • Cost: Free of charge for all requests
  • Standard timeline: 30 days from receipt of verified request
  • Complex requests: Up to 60 additional days, with notification within the initial 30-day period
  • Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests: We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse, with written explanation

Supervisory Authority

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As we are based in Estonia, our lead supervisory authority is:
