Solo includes 250 call minutes a month, and Team and Multi-location include 400 per location. After that, the receptionist keeps right on answering at $0.15/min. That's the whole idea: a missed call is a lost client, but an extra minute is fifteen cents. You'd rather answer the call. In a normal month most salons stay inside the included minutes and pay nothing extra; in an unusually busy month you pay a little overage instead of turning business away.

Nothing breaks and no call gets dropped: the receptionist keeps answering at $0.15/min, billed only for the minutes you actually use. You can see your usage any time, so there are no surprise charges.
