Quick Start Guide

Set up your salon and start accepting bookings

Platform Overview

Studioloop has three connected surfaces:

  • Console for staff operations and business settings
  • Website Widget for browser booking
  • Mobile App for client booking and account management

Guided Setup

When you create your salon, a guided wizard walks you through it step by step. You can bring your details in from the web or enter them by hand.

  1. Choose the services you offer
  2. Paste your website and let Studioloop import your brand, services, team, and photos automatically, or skip to set up manually
  3. Review your brand color and logo
  4. Review your photos
  5. Confirm your locations and currency
  6. Review your services and pricing
  7. Add your team
  8. Launch

A live preview of your branded client app updates as you go, so you can see what clients will see. Your progress saves automatically, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off.

Finish Going Live

Launching creates your salon and takes you straight to the Setup checklist. This is where you complete everything needed to take real bookings:

  • Set staff availability and business hours
  • Connect Stripe for online payments, or choose in person only
  • Set your booking policies
  • Subscribe to Studioloop
  • Add the booking widget to your website

While setup is incomplete, the dashboard header shows a percent to live indicator. Open it any time to see what is left and jump to the next step.

Go-Live Requirements

  • Active subscription
  • At least one active location
  • Services assigned to locations
  • Staff assigned to services and given a schedule
  • Booking widget configured

Tips

  • A short guided tour opens the first time you visit Setup and the calendar. Replay it any time with Take the tour.
  • Need a hand? Request a guided onboarding call from the help section at the bottom of Setup.
  • Run a full test booking before you share your link.
