Can I award points manually?
Yes. You can manually add points to any client's account from the console — useful for a welcome bonus, a service issue, or a one-off gesture.
Do points expire?
Expiry is configurable. You can set points to expire after a period of inactivity, or leave them active indefinitely.
Can clients see their tier progress?
Yes. The app shows clients their current tier, their progress toward the next tier, and the benefits of reaching it.
Does the loyalty program work for guest bookings?
Points accrue to identified clients. Guests who provide their contact info can be matched to an existing client profile and credited.
Can I run a promotion with bonus points?
You can manually award bonus points to individual clients or segments. Automated promotional earn rules are on the roadmap.
