Review pending bookings when manual confirmation is enabled
Approvals Queue
When manual confirmation is enabled, new bookings enter Approvals.
You can:
- Review pending requests
- Approve or reject bookings
- Prioritize by urgency and location
Timeout Settings
In Online Booking rules, set:
- Confirmation timeout hours
- Auto-reject on timeout
These settings prevent indefinite pending bookings.
