Creating Forms
Use the form builder to define fields, logic, and triggers
Form Builder
Open Grow → Forms in the sidebar, then build forms with text, choices, yes/no, rating, signature, file upload, and layout elements.

Where a form applies
In the form's Settings tab you decide when and where it is required: before booking, at check-in, for new clients only, and how often it recurs. You can also limit it to specific services. If you run more than one location, you can choose whether the form applies at all locations (the default) or only at the ones you select, so a single-location salon never has to think about it.
Publish when ready. Keep drafts for in-progress work.
