How the mobile app experience works for clients

Mobile Experience

Clients can discover salons, book appointments, and manage profile settings in the mobile app.

Main tabs are Home, Appointments, Loyalty (when loyalty is enabled), and Profile. You reach a salon's info page and the booking flow by navigating from Home, not from a dedicated tab.

Data and Branding

The app uses live tenant configuration for:

  • Services and staff
  • Hours and locations
  • Booking rules and payment behavior
  • Loyalty settings (if enabled)

Platform Note

The codebase includes iOS and Android configurations. Store availability depends on release rollout.
